ARC PROMOTIONS AGREEMENT

Whereas Arc Promotions will do its best to endeavour to secure short term contracts for the candidate, the candidate will carry out such contracts to the best of his/her ability with reference to the terms and conditions outlined hereinafter.

ARC PROMOTIONS AGREES

To use its best endeavour to secure work of a nature for which the model is qualified in terms of ability and experience but make no guarantee of the quality or frequency of such work.

That in the event of finding suitable employment for the candidate, Arc Promotions will agree for such employment with the candidate and confirm in writing to the candidate at the time of confirming the booking for employment.

To inform the candidate at the time of booking each contract of the starting and finishing times of each days of work, a clear job description, dress code and any other pertininent details.

To give the candidate immediate notice of cancellation or postponement of booking by a client of Arc promotions.

THE CANDIDATE AGREES

That all Promotional and Photographic material supplied to Arc Promotions is available for their Promotional use, inclusive of all imagery taken during the course of a contract

That it is understood by Arc Promotions and hereby declared by the candidate that the candidate is registered as self-employed under schedule D tax regulations and therefore responsible to the Inland revenue for his/her own taxation and National Insurance payments.

To return Booking forms signed and agreed by the candidate as soon as possible after reciept of such a form from Arc Promotions.

To give notice to Arc Promotions of not less than 48 hours prior to the commencement of a booking should the candidate need to cancel, unless such a booking be for a duration of greater than three days in which case this notice of cancellation period shall extend to the duration of the booking.

The candidate should never send a replacement to do his/her assignment for him/her without written consent from Arc Promotions.

That should sickness force the cancellation of a booking or part of a booking then the candidate will provide Arc Promotions with a signed Doctor's certificate at the earliest convenient time. The candidate will be responsible for providing their own accident and injury insurance. Arc Promotions accepts no liability for any accidents or illnesses whatsoever.
